Pam & Aan have a business and tourism background and love  meeting people and providing great customer service.

They qualified as "Formare Barista" in 2005,

Pam loves gardening, travelling and needlework. Now she has a taste for Latte and can sometimes add a little Latte art as well.  

Alan has a wide range of small business management, sales, marketing and computer experience.
