Gaudin learnt all about espresso coffee from Russell some time back.  He then worked with Itsy and Harvester Moon Cafe's in Geelong as Barista.  During this time he was nominated and contested the Golden Plates Award two years running.  He was not an espresso drinker, but after commencing employment with Espresso Mobile Cafe in November 2008 things changed.

"It's the taste, smell and flavour of the coffee oils, but you have to have a perfect extraction and use freshly ground coffee beans to put that excitement into a real espresso coffee" says Gaudin.

Gaudin has now taken over running the day to day operations of Espresso Mobile Cafe.
