Our Great Product:
There are many different parts that contribute to the quality of our product. We use premium quality coffee beans that are hand roasted in Sydney by Danes Gourmet Coffee and are delivered to us within 2 weeks of roasting to ensure optimum freshness.
We use "Caramba" blend of "Danes" beans which are Rainforest Alliance Certified. They have a medium roast, producing a clean, well balanced blend to tempt out a sweet, flavoursome coffee when served black or white.
They have four parts acidity - that's the tangy bittersweet after taste present in the flavour.
They have 2 parts body - the depth or fullness of flavour present in the coffee.
They have 4 parts complexity - the variety and scope of different flavour profiles present in the coffee.
With fresh product we carefully grind our beans on demand to create a perfect extraction producing the crema, a creamy layer that forms on top of the espresso shot as it is poured from the machine. If the grind is too coarse, it will pour too quickly and you will end up with a watery espresso. If the grind is too fine, the water will build up in the group head and burn the coffee.
We use the best milk available - Pura Milk from National Foods and Bonsoy, an organic soy milk product from Geelong's organic & biodynamic foods store "Organic Larder" Milk is textured to be dense and silky. It should be free of bubbles and there should be a distinction between the crema and the milk - the "Guinness" effect. It is here, where latte art comes into play and many exciting designs can be created by Russell, our qualified Barista.

A "frappe" style Iced coffee or Iced chocolate is readily available too, if in need of rejuvination on a hot day. It is a non-dairy based formula.
If you just "love" coffee, ask about an Iced coffee with an additional espresso "shot" - It is sensational!
