Races are scheduled from 9 – 12am and are expecting up to 8,000 – 10,000 people. It’s the first time the race has been back on the lake for a decade or so and being the 100 year celebration it should be a great day.

Celebrity chef Adrian Richardson will share his love of modern Mediterranean food with over 8,000 people set to celebrate the 21st annual Grampians Grape Escape on May 5 and 6 in Halls Gap.
The TV identity, author and restaurateur will conduct twice daily cooking demonstrations in the main tent at the Halls Gap Village Oval, sharing his simple and hearty recipes using the freshest of local ingredients.

Portarlington Miniature Railway
The Rotary Club of Drysdale South run a family fun day at the Portarlington miniature railway site for local residents and holidaymakers over the summer period. There are train rides for the kids, usually a jumping castle, icecreams, BBQ and plenty of other activities. Espresso Mobile Cafe caters for everyones special coffee requirements, hot chocolate and marshmellows along with Iced Chocolate and coffee, cream and sprinkles for the kids.
